Super A-140 Hydraulic Control Lever STUCK

I have a Farmall 140 that I just finished doing a refurbish on. The tractor is a very low hour 1968 model that has been sitting for the past 10 years more than it has been worked. It has always sat under cover and the hydraulics work great and strong with no leaks. Recently after I've gotten it painted and back together, the hydraulic control lever on the right side (sitting on the seat) is Stuck and will not move. So much so that I was jerking at it while the tractor was running and I actually bent the linkage rod that runs by the battery box!! I fixed that back and haven't investigated it yet. I presume the valve that the linkage rod hooks to is stuck for some reason. It actually did it once before when I was testing everything out, but I jerked at it and it worked great once I got it to move. The other hyd. lever actually works great.

Anyone ever run into this?? What could the problem be?? From the looks of the area, it might be hard to tell without removing the entire TC Unit and rockshafts under the gas tank.
