560 bad front end

the question I have a 706 that I plan TO TAKE THE CAST STERING OUT OF, WILL IT WORK IN A 560,THANKS

Yes the IH wide front will interchange

No a 706 and a 560 top steering block will not interchange. A 560 has a steering shaft going to it and a 706 is completely hydraulic.

thanks I see the cover on the back was made similar to 560 thanks it was worth a try thanks

What's wrong with the 560 bolster? Unless it is broken there is no reason new seals and bearings won't fix what is wrong with it.

Behind the steering shaft where the 4 bolts hold it on the cast front one bolt holes is pulled out cracking the casting where the last oring goes brased it still didn't hold. Getting good at taking it apart from running tractor to all done 1 hour. Shop time probably 3 ha thanks I think going to try junk yard thanks

I put a 560 bolster in a 706 just took out the steering sector and hooked up lines.
