Trying to determine an asking price for a Super C. Tractor runs, sheet metal fairly straight , fast hitch, needs tires. would be a good tractor to restore. Any help would be appreciated.

Wide or narrow front? Tires are going to be a big minus because of replacement cost. I doubt that you could more than $500 for it. Tires are so expensive now that it is the first thing I check if I am looking at a tractor to buy. I can buy a motor rebuild kit for most tractors less than 50 HP for less Than $500 and do the job myself.

In my area, you might get 1,000-1,200 based on that description. Because it runs & has fasthitch.
