Got my F30 loose. Need an exhaust and possibly intake manifold. Depending on how the separation of the two goes. Any body have a good used exhaust manifold and or any reports on quality of rosewood reproduction parts ? Also clutch is stuck. Cannot seem to get the spyder bolts out of the clutch to transmission coupler. Whats the secret? Are the bolts a press fit, threaded or just plain stuck?

I do not think Rosewood offers an intake/exhaust manifold for the F30.
YT sells new manifolds,

Other sources sell the same manifold too, shop around for the best deal.

Steiner has new ones.

I just replaced a F30 manifold that came from steiners and the quality was terrible.

If they are the same as my F12 and F20, just reassemble all the nuts loosely to keep it all together and then jam up the drive shaft with a bar against the frame. As somebody said, the bolts are a tight fit (not threaded) in the cast couplers. I think I used a good wrench or 2 and popped them loose.

those bolts are a taper fit into the coupler, I have gotten mine loose with wrenches or a 3/4" ratchet and socket if it is accessible, take nuts loose and tap on bolts to try to knock them back, just be careful not to mushroom the threaded end. Or putting the wrench on the bolt heads and smacking the wrench with the hammer will sometimes pop them loose. Heat and penetrating oil never hurts , patience so you don't destroy things. Usually a combination of all of the above will get them out.

Dwane Helman that started Rosewood machine is a Personle friend of mine and his kids are running the place now. Rosewood is the name of the town the machine shop is in and Dwane is a big Fordson man with hundreds of the old Fordsons.
