140 Governor to Carburetor rod

Working on my 140 yesterday and I busted this rod. Wasn't getting the surge when under a load so I was going to adjust this. I have already replace the governor spring, and thrust bearing.
Anyone know where to reasonably get one, dimensions to make a new one or a DIY workaround?
IH Part number?
Thanks

Where did it break that it simply can't be welded?

Length is such that carburetor throttle arm reaches it it's maximum travel in the WOT position JUST BEFORE the governor arm reaches the end of travel in the WOT position.

It is broken at the threaded end about 1/4" from the clevis. I stll have to get the threaded piece out of the clevis. Need to heat it up to and vice grip it to try to get it out.

The dimensions are all on your broken piece!

Any place that parts tractors is likely to have a used one. It shouldn't be hard to find.

Heat threaded end of clevis red hot, and allow to cool to ambient. Add a little loosen juice and it will come out.
