706 rear hub studs

My 706 has 3 of the specified studs with nuts on each hub, no washer at all. The other is a regular 7/8-14 hex head bolt, no washer. While changing tires, I realize the hub is loose.

Looking on CaseIH parts diagram, it appears all 4 are to be the studs with a washer and a nut.

My question - is that some type of special washer? And could I replace the studs with a hex head bolt and lock washer?

Any advice is appreciated

Well all i have worked on had washers and they are not off the shelf washers also the studs are hardened special made and that nut is suppose to be locked to the stud I can tell you you will not like the price of that stud as the last two i had to replace sure messed up the weekly allowance between the two studs and washers sure did not leave much from two hundred bucks.
And don't get the idea that you'll just stuff a 7/8 fine thread bolt in there and get away with it . What is hard on those studs is running clamp on duals and keeping the air pressure of the dual at the same pressure as the base tractor tire you will break hub studs every time running over uneven ground with the dual hitting the high spots or cautching the bank on a narrow lane . Now i get a little OCD when i break one because i replace all four because if one brakes it will bend and weaken the other three. Really hate breaking them again out in the field and you can really mess up a wheel .
