240 utility hydraulic question

Where do you check the hydraulic fluid level on a 240 utility with live power? Also where do add fluid? Is it the mall round cap in front of the
live pump? Thanks for your help

That small round cap is for engine oil, not hydraulic fluid. The fluid is added at the reservoir. The tractor is not complex, but you need an owners manual and repair manual to be sure you are doing things correctly. Jim

The hydraulic reservoir is in the clutch housing. Look for a large (maybe 1-1/8") hex plug.
