300U TA question

TA on my 300U is just about out of being able to adjust. It works fine in both low and high range, just no adjustment on the lever left. Does that mean it needs a new TA clutch? I've never been into anything on
the tractor past the engine so getting into a TA is new for me.

Im not familiar with this set up; however "zeketheantiquefreak" has an excellent video of this problem on "Utube"...and there are other videos.....good luck.

Really not sure as to what your sayen here , But heres my take on this , over time ware on the Pin's and the clevis eye's will eat up a lot of adjustment to remove slop , just by replacing wore out pins will gain some back , rebuilding holes or making up bushing and pressing them in to sloppy holes and reaming them to fit NICE on the new pin helps evey couple thousants make a big difference . Just stop and do a wiggle and jiggle test and see what is sloppy , might surprise ya how much FIELD TESTING your tractor went thru over the years.
