How do I tell if I have that because i do know it is a 1947 which was the last year the farmall b was made.

There would be a blank cover plate over the pump opening. It is located below the magneto, very close to where the steering shaft enters the steering gear.
To me, the presence of the pump opening is kind of a "so what" thing. None of the mounted implements were designed for hydraulics. You could use it if you mounted a loader, or I suppose to build a work-around for a non-functioning pneumatic Lift-all.
