My 2400a has a loader and it is leaking oil from the end of the hydraulic control valve part number 529912R92, when it has a load in the bucket it is jerky going up, my question is what does the #2 plug control? is it an adjustment and how do you set it? Also does anyone know of instructions to rebuild this valve?
Case IH parts diagram

when you pull the control handle back the valve will lock in that position until the pressure of the circuit exceeds what the detent is set at and then kicks out placing the spool back to the neutral position

parts 2-9 in the assembly are for the detent latch. part 2 is what is turned to adjust the pressure that the latch releases.

Detent unlatching pressure is adjusted by plug (2). Unit must unlatch at not less than 1000 nor more than 1250 psi. turning in increases pressure, out decreases pressure for the latch... not for over all system pressure

Do you know of any instructions for rebuilding the control valve?
