I need to clean, replace or service the filter or filters on the hydraulic in order to operate the DuAl 320 loader. The loader moves real slow. Where is it located and what do i need to do? Maybe the problem is not the filter, can anyone give me suggestions on what to check or look for?

Good place to start.Filter located behind
plate on right side of tractor below and
ahead of brake pedals.Assuming it's a row
crop tractor.Where's the loader plumbed in
at?

The filter is located under the 6-sided plate on the right hand side of the tractor below the brake pedals.

Depending on the loader it may be the nature of the beast. A 656 does not have nearly the hydraulic pressure or volume capability of a modern tractor, so a loader with big fat cylinders will move slowly.

Are you running the tractor at rated PTO speed on the tachometer? That is where full rated output of the hydraulic system will be achieved. At idle you will only get a fraction.

The way to find out if there is a problem with the hydraulic system is to have the system pressure tested and flow rated. A tractor mechanic would come to your place and perform this service. Otherwise you are just guessing as to the problem. Could be the pump, but what if you dump several hundred dollars on a new pump and it doesn't change anything?

You make a good point! I will check the filter, test it, then if that does not help, I will make a phone call.
Thank you Sir!
