Can anyone give me some places to look for SMD or SMTAD parts? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ED

I tried them but they don't have what I need. I have a SMD stage two in mostly pieces. The hyd tank is missing but I have one of those. I need the choke bracket on the right side of the tank. I need the belt pulley bracket on the left side and the stem/rod on the left side that the two levers slide on (starter and compression). Bates doesn't have any and Wengers doesn't have either.

Dave Gross , Freeman SD 605-925-7453 He used to have several parts tractors of those diesels. Been about 5 years since I got anything from him though so don't know what he has left.

That is going to be tough, you will probably need need to make the stuff. I was looking for some of those parts for my super md and super mtad and didn't have any luck after calling well over 100 salvage yards. Good luck jim.
Sent you mail through this site if it went through. Also have pivot stud but after in a long time it's hard to get out without damage. Also most are worn pretty bad. Make one from a 1/2 inch coarse thread bolt that's long enough for smooth part to stick out long enough. Bottom threads in hole until none showing, cut bolt to length, drill cotter pin hole and put a little tapper on end. Can post length needed.
