I have found a rough 504 non running tractor. Row crop wide front. What else will the frontend and the engine fit up to?

The 504 has an H sized bell housing, that C135 will not fit in the 240/230/140/130 sized frames, a C135 from a 404 will, they used a different bell housing.
It will fit on a 340 and 544 sized rear among others.

Yes, it's a C153, not to be confused with the C152 from the Farmall H.

The C153 in the 504 is a development of the smaller C113 engine block, but it won't bolt up to the smaller tractors as others have said. The back of the block is machined differently so it will bolt to an adapter plate for the larger 5-speed/TA/IPTO rear end.

The 504 is basically a 460 rear end with a Super C front end, and frame rails.

Will that wide front bolt to an M or H or what? Has the tie rods out front.
