Fast hitch 3 point adapter

Someone asked about a 3 point adapter to go with a fast hitch. A friend of mine had this laying in the weeds that was supposedly for a 300 utility? It had the thicker prongs, so I had to take 1/2" off the bottom to get them to fit. I use it on my 5' rotary mower and it works great. It is home made. Whoever built it did a good job and it is built on the heavy duty side.

That looks good, father in law gave me a set of fast hitch prongs off a five bottom plow I think. I cut off the bottoms and welded some rectangular tubing over them and pulled a 5 foot rotary mower, used a short chain for the top link.

(quoted from post at 07:30:52 10/21/17) I don't think that is home made I have one identical to it on my Super C looks just like factory IH

You`re right, thats a later factory version of the fast hitch adaptor. I have seen them in IH parts books for various implements of the 1960`s vintage.

(quoted from post at 17:25:23 10/21/17) Looks like a good homemade of the original. The hoop is welded at the bottom bends on both sides.

Not sure why it was welded, but it`s definitely IH. The 1st pic below is the older (and I think better) adaptor. The 2 clamps at the bottom were bolted on and the width was adjustable. 2nd and 3rd picture is the 2nd version of the adaptor. The bottom clamps are welded on and non-adjustable. The last picture is 3rd version that I know of from approx. 1964 time frame.
