My brothers 706 was sitting for a couple of weeks, he went to use it today and hyd oil is leaking around the steering wheel. Is there a seal in there? Thanks

YES THERE IS A SEAL UP THERE . TAKE STEERING WHELL OFF . TAKE OUT SNAP RING GIVE THE STEERING WHEEL QUICK BY TURN WHEEL IT WILL PUSH OLD SEAL OUT .NEW KITS ARE AVIABLE.

Vary easy fix , ya need a steering wheel/ harmonic balancer puller , two 1/4 x28 bolts atleast 5 1/2 inches long a 1/4 x28 tap to clean the two bolt holes in the steering wheel out and a snap ring pliers and a socket three inch extension and a breaker bar or impact wrench . Once you have the wheel off you remove the snap ring and set the wheel back on and give a quick hard turn and the seal SHOULD pop out . Been awhile since i have done one but the last time the seal kit was less then ten bucks , i am sure prices have changed.
