farmall TA housing holes

My Farmall 300 TA housing has 2 holes on each side of it a small amount of oil comes out of them is that normal or is there a seal bad on the ta shaft. Thanks

Drains for the supposed to be dry T/A clutch area. Three places to leak. Seal on PTO drive shaft on front wall of T/A clutch compartment, seal for T/A planet carrier at rear wall and T/A unit sun gear shaft seal. Front wall can be changed with split at rear of engine. Other two the center housing needs to come out.
