IH584 brakes

Ok so on this burnt 584 I have the brake fluid reservoir and lines are gone as in burnt. So what type of fluid did it use?? Brake fluid or Hyd fluid. From what I can tell this is a late 584 since it has the 2 or so inch tubes on the master cylinders which from what I am seeing in the IH202 manual go up to the reservoir but from there I am at a loose as to where the other lines go

Rich,I just tried to return your call.Sorry I missed you last night.Anyway,the reservoir is supplied with hytran from the return line from the oil cooler.As it comes back,some is diverted at the Y fitting and goes to master cylinder reservoir,which supplies the master cylinders.The right hand cylinder is for the left wheel and vise versa.It will be easier to describe over the phone while looking at the parts diagram.,tho.Mark

Ya when I am on line I cannot get phone calls so when I get off line I'll call you. Funny the Y pipe your talking about when I have it running does not have any fluid coming out of it so wonder if maybe the heat screwed up something in it
