Farmall A Steering Box, oil or Corn Head grease?

Morning,

I've just completely disassembled and cleaned (that was a job) the steering box on my '47 A. Everything was in remarkable good condition, the steering was nice and tight but the seals where all shot.

My question is should I go for gear oil again or just put corn head grease in it now and hope to avoid leaks down the road?

If you have new seals you can try oil. I think its the better choice. But if it starts leaking, then I think grease is the way to go.
