Looking for some recommendations on new radiators for a Farmall 140 tractor. After all of the radiator hose hassle I went through with the different style radiator, the used one I got from Tim T. Ended up being a leaker and ship said it couldn't be fixed. I'be searched on eBay and found a couple of options. One is from radiators-r-us and is made overseas for $300 with free shipping. The other is from Northern radiator and is $400 with free shipping. I also saw steiners, which I know will be good quality, for over $500 plus shipping.

I am trying to be cost efficient since im already $125 into the used radiator but I also don't want the overseas junk. Just seeing what you all have seen out there and had expierence with.

Spend the money on a good American radiator. It will fit and last. In the long run,you will be money ahead.I learned that lesson with tractor tires.Plus, buying American made helps stimulate the American economy.Keeps American jobs here.

Unless the tanks are shot, you can recore it. I went through 4 radiators from Steiner that didnt fit right, and I wasnt modifying
my grill. I ended up buying a known leaking radiator for just the tanks and had it recored. This was for an M, so a 140 may be
different. I havent had but this one radiator in years that couldnt be fixed, and back then you could still get them from IH.
