F20 Belt Pulley/PTO lever

Hello all. I just had a quick question. Does anyone happen to know if the PTO/Belt Pulley lever on the left (clutch) side of the tractor is just pressed onto the shaft with a keyway (I can see the key), or if there is also a set screw of any kind? I am assuming it is pressed on and just needs lubrication and a puller to remove as I cannot see any set screw. Reason I ask is mine has been torched in half at some point, and I would like to replace it with the in tact one on my parts tractor.

Let me know, if you know.. And thanks!

I believe there is a pin driven through it. 90 degrees to the lever right through the lever and shaft just under the key. Drive the pin out with a pin punch and then pull the lever off.
