Oil to the rocker arms on a Farmall 100

Got a few issues to work out on my project Farmall 100 tractor. I pulled the valve cover to see if oil is draining from the rocker arm area and realized I didn't see a way for oil to get there to start with. I
did some searching around on the internet and it looks like what I'm seeing is the short stud holding down the middle of the rocker arm assembly is actually a hollow tube and allows oil to be pump through it
to the rocker arm assembly. Can someone confirm that is what its supposed to be. Mine has a solid stud there. It was in the tractor when I got it.

That happens too many times people who dont know the engines. Get that stud or drill a hole in the one you have drill 1in deep in the center then another one in the side that will go into the center hole top of the stud needs to be blank as you want the oil coming up from the bottom then thru the side into the rocker assy

Thanks Gene - looks like Case has one so hopefully that takes care of it. Some one previous to me has been into this engine before and I don't know why. Several things were on it wrong or not put on correctly when I got it. I'm getting it back into pretty good shape.
