Lights not working on 1086.Found a wire disconnected in fuse panel under the instrument panel, but have no ideal where to reconnect. Any ideas?

First off you need a test light, then find a termanal with no wire to it and see if there is current there when light switch is in the on position.

Fuse block has spots for four fuses. Top fuse is instruments, next one is warning lights, third is head lights and the bottom one is for aux power that would go to the box by right side cab window. Used for powering up planters, field choppers etc. Normally no fuse in that one from factory and no power to it but will have the wire hanging loose that goes over to the spot for box by right window. You need power on both sides of that third fuse for head lights. We have a lot of trouble with that fuse holder as the small contacts get overheated and lose their tension. Then they get hotter yet and melt the fuse.
