It sounds like the throwout bearing is going out you need to split it and tear that apart inside there
the bearing is probably loose and its own cage those little springs all it does hold the throwout
bearing centered then you can check out your master clutch and replace the TA clutch and
pressure plate and check that nut that holds the flywheel on or see if it's tight
