replace seals W4

Can i replace the front and rear crank seals from a W4 tractor without removing the engine.
And do i have to remove the rear wheels to replace the bracke drum seals.

Pull the engine. You cant get the front pulley or the flywheel out without the engine being out. As far as the brake seals, I found it easier to get to the covers with the wheels off on my I4.
