300U hydraulic control repair

Now that it is running again, the next step is to get the remotes working. The tractor needs to raise and lower the booms when I spray as well as run the log splitter, grain auger, fertilizer loader...to name a few. Picture shows the valve that operates the remotes. The handle over time has stripped and now just flops back and forth. I have read a few ideas on how to repair this but cannot seem to get them to come up on search. Would appreciate ideas on how to make a good permanent repair that will hold up to the use this gets. Any help?

Janicholson had a fix and I can't find it in the archives either.
I think his fix was for loose levers, If yours are completely stripped I don't know.
