Unhook the clevis going to the carb now open the throttle and hold the carb open the clevis should line up with the hole in the linkage you mite need to adjust that clevis.
 
No power could be a timing issue. The one I just finished working on
ran good at idle and up to about half throttle but ran like crap.about
that. Timing was pretty far off...once correctly adjusted it ran
great! 16 degrees BTDC @ 2510 RPM
