All of a sudden Super C Fuel start issues

I am having some peculiar problems with my IH Super C that I thought I can fix but yet to do so. Here is what is going on:

I ran it about 3 times so far in April, first this year. Silly me should have replaced the gas first but I forgot. It ran fine, started right up and I was able to drive it around the yard for about 5 min. I started it to load it on a trailer, for a 5 hour move to my new home.

When I unloaded the tractor, it ran on the trailer for about 15 min. I backed it off then parked it. Still no issues. The next day my father tried starting it but said he only got it running for 10 seconds. I tried it after work and it fired right up for me. I drove it 50 feet and started the mower. I cut a little bit of grass, it started to sputter then died off. It would not restart.

Here is what I have done so far. I have changed the plugs and replaced the distributor cap with a new one. It has brand new gas and seafoam in it. I have cleaned the bowl. The wires are the same but they do look like new still. I checked the spark, no issues there. I have removed the carburetor and had it washed and cleaned out professionally at a shop. It is reinstalled just fine.

She will try to start but I can only get here to putter or hold for 10 seconds before she stalls. Sometimes she puts on full choke, other times without choke. Sometimes with higher throttle but she seems to do best lower throttle.

She does seem to spit out a lot of gas from the carb after she has been choked for a bit. Sometimes it seems she is getting too much fuel but I am not sure about this.

I am clueless on what is wrong. I don't understand how she can run fine like I described and then all of sudden just quit. I am perplexed at what the problem is. I figured it was high time for a clean carb and it needing new plugs (they were certainly old) and new fuel but nothing has changed. She is putting the same she did with the crap gas and old plugs and the dirty carb the same she is doing now with all the new, clean stuff.

Any thoughts on what the problem might be or what I can do?

P.S. she has been restored in the last 8 years, engine wise there shouldn't be anything wrong with her.

Try replacing the condenser & points. Make sure the point contacts are clean and adjusted to .020" maximum opening.

i have had this problem with a C. rust etc, in gas tank and or cut-off and or fuel line. undo gas line, at carb. , you have to have a good flow here.
there may be a plug, on the carb, (near or on the bottom) that can be removed and check how much gas is flowing.

also, today, I have bad gas in 2 machines. acts like water in the gas. settling bowl was 1/2 full of water.

Must be a fuel problem not getting fuel to the carb valve on the sediment bowl could be plugged some Thats why other post says to remove the plug in the bottom of the carb and let ga flow out for a minute or so.Not uncommon for the valve assy on sediment bowl to be plugged some and not letting enough gas to fill the carb to keep engine running.
