I just picked up a Farmall BN last weekend at an auction.
I know it runs because I would always see the guy who owned it cutting his field with the sickle mower thats on it.
I am looking for tires for it and cant seem to find the correct front tires ( 6.00-12) other than Miller tire for 135 each.
I would have more in tires than I paid for the tractor.
I see 3-15 tires mounted on rims for sale for much less.
Will these fit on my tractor?

Multiple sizes were available. Standard size changed over time. You can get closer to the original size by measuring the rims (if they are even the original rims).
Rear options:
8-24 on 7" rim
9-24 on 8
7.00-24 on 5.5
10-24 on 9
11-24 on 10
Duals:
4-30 on 3
5-30 on 4
Front:
4.00-15 on 3.00
5.00-15 on 3.00
Single front:
6.00-12
7.50-10

You speak of your 6:00-12 tires in plural. But from the factory that size was only used as a single. So we don't know what combination of original parts and substitutions is on your tractor. Thus we don't know what will fit.

Post a picture of what you have so we can tell that original parts are still there. Maybe standard 15" rims will fit. Maybe you also need wheel centers or even a bolster.

Ahhhha, you are correct, the owners manual has a single front and mine has two. so the 4.00-15 or 5.00-15 are what I need.
good stuff here. thanks again.
