been having clutch problems, then no clutch at all. heard something drop in the bell housing. so i loaded Charlie, my SC, up and headed toward Kub6040 place, about 185 miles from here at the house.

When we crossed Toledo Bend, Charlie wanted to stop and go fishing. He heard the fish oil was good for his transmission; I said no fishing today. When we went by Ft. Polk, Charlie wanted to stop by the Airborne facility. He wants to be jump qualified so he can be air dropped. Told him he was to old to enlist.

Kub6040 and I tore Charlie apart and found a broken cotter pin on the throw out bearing housing. We adjusted the clutch and then re assembled. we started about 10:00 and finished up around 1:30.

I could have done the repair job here at the house, but two heads are better then one. Above all, lots of good company

Thanks Jimmy
