F 20 clutch problem

Last spring,I pushed in the clutch pedal and attempted to put it in gear. The gears were grinding and so I pushed the clutch pedal in further. Bang, the lever that the clutch adjustment rod attaches to broke. I made a new one. Put it back together, but the clutch pedal would not move. Took the cover off the clutch and discovered that the throw out bearing yoke was twisted. Straighten it and put the components back together in the clutch cover. The throw out bearing moves back and forth as it should. Put it all back together, on the tractor. When you move the clutch pedal, the bearing moves up to the fingers on the pressure plate, But you can not get the fingers to pull the plate away from the clutch disc. I had the pressure plate apart and all the springs are rusty, but not broken or damaged. If you install the three bolts, you can pull the plate up and it moves back when you remove them. I have been working on this problem for a year and have had it apart about five times. I am totally lost as to what to do next. Am I missing something? Any suggestions? I intend to be at LeSuer on Friday, but I don't know what I need or should buy.
Thank you

Have you reinstalled the flat washers that serve as a key to lock the yoke to the clutch shaft> They go in the slots on the yoke where the bolts go

Are you sure the pressure plate is your problem ? Those discs have a tendency to stick to the flywheel from all the old gooey sticky oil that gets on them, a good cleaning every few years usually fixes that.

Yes they are installed. The clutch pedal will only move about an inch and then it stops and does not want to move any further forward.

I can not get the throw out bearing to move the fingers in when you step on the pedal. Even with engine running.
