this year garden, so far!!!!

its such a nice day here in east Texas i had to work the garden.

here are some photos of this years garden so far
photo 1 the green bean patch. the first 4 rows were planted on 27 march, the second 2 rows on 6 April

photo 2 the tator patch. pic says it all

photo 3 the yellow dent corn plowing the 1st time; planted on 4 march

photo 4 using Mable to prep ground for the smell veggies. ya, she's a little big for a garden; maybe a little over kill?

Put a cup per 4 feet of 20-10-10 granules on the corn, spread out about 8 inches wide. You will be
amazed. The color says Feed me Nitrogen. Good start. We are a a week from planting here. Jim

when i lay it by, ill side dress again with 34-0-0. haven't got the fertilizer hoppers working yet on my planter, so i planted with out fert. i side dressed with 13-13-13 when i plowed it. had to do the green bean the same way. ive got to change from sweeps to spring tooth scrachers and ill side dress the beans when i plow them the first time. right now she soil is a little to wet in in the bean patch....your right, the corn is a little yellow!!!! ill fix that
