Removing the Final Drive

You probably aren't going to get a lot of response unless you ask something more specific [i:3fde0e2c33]in your post[/i:3fde0e2c33].

Unbolt the final from the axle tube and pull it off. Dowell pins might fight you a little. Beware that the final drive is fairly heavy It is definitely a two-man lift or better yet, use an engine hoist or similar to lift it. (I won't do one on a Cub without a hoist, and this is heavier.)

The upper shaft and bearing are removed AFTER removing the housing. You have to take the brake drum off the inner side before it will come out.
