Farmall 350 hydraulic plug

My 350 Farmall has the two sets of hydraulic outlets below the fuel tank. One set has the typical Pioneer outlets that are hooked up to my loader. The other set of outlets have some sort of plug that had a tin cover the screwed on as a cover. One of the plugs is leaking (through the tin cover). Anything special about these? I am kind of surprised one started leaking.

Those are the original type connections, called airoquipe company type or something like that if thinking right. Supposed to self seal when matching coupler is screwed of. Tin cover is just a dust seal. Most unscrew them and use a newer type coupler or put a 1/2 inch pipe plug in block if not using.

I have three control valves, one for the two outlets under the gas tank, one for the outlet on the back of the tractor and one for the fast hitch. In order to use the 2nd outlet under the gas tank I would need to unhook the loader hose anyway (currently set to single action). These "plugs" look overly complicated for what I am guessing they are supposed to do (block the passage of oil).

When you screw the couplers off the short pipe sometimes comes out with them and sometimes stays in the block. With pipe and coupler removed the block has standard 1/2 inch pipe threads. Same size plug as the transmission oil level check plug. If short pipe stays in a 1/2 inch pipe cap or another coupler can be screwed on or pipe removed. Pretty sure that no parts are available for the couplers now. If they can't be repaired with a cleanup or sealing area fixed your out of luck on that.
