Super C fast hitch check valve

Can anybody tell me how this check valve is
plumbed in relative to the control and
cylinder? I know there is directionality
but I don't have any information on hand.

Thanks, Chris B.

Any comment on the check valve issues I've read about i.e. lowering too slow? I pulled the check valve and spool out and replaced the one o-ring inside. I read about folks drilling out a restricted port.

That's me, drilled out 2 ports, don't remember what drill bit size but it works nice. Goes down just a little slower than it goes up. Must of had that valve apart 6 or 8 times before I took a drill bit to it.

Got it done. No need for me to mess with the ports as it seems to move just fine. I left the FH disk airborne tonight and I'll see if it is still there in the morning.

When I finished, the lever operated opposite what I expected. Forward to raise, back to lower. Sure enough, this is what the Super C manual describes as correct.
