New addition to the collection.

After setting outside for at least 10 years was able to get it running again yesterday. Need new points and condensor, starting valves soaked for a day and rack and plunger freed up in the pump. Quite in all gears lpto and ta seem to work good and finger tip power steering. Now to finish locating the missing peices and get new rubber for it.

I have a set of really nice sheet metal for it and alot of the missing small parts. Need to get a drawbar assembly it had a picker on it since the early 60s. It will fit in nicely with my md's and smd.

Let me know what you need Jim. The local yard just got a 450D and an MD. Hopefully you don't need too many SMDTA parts.

Mainly small parts like light lens, wiring
harness, new hydraulic hoses ect. I found a
good draw bar assembly and a january Z code
rear hub and belt pulley to replace the
damaged ones on the tractor. If I think of
anything I'll let you know.

It came out of Tennessee bought it back in the fall, went and picked it up 2 weeks ago. Early one 60,3xx serial number all late Y and early Z codes.

Very nice Jim.. I always like seeing your projects on the forum. I haven't ventured too far into the super series, let alone the diesels.. Pretty much been staying in the standard number series. I really want to get into the older models - like the Regulars. Goal is to have at least one tractor from each era from the 20's to the 50's... Since I have 4 from the 40's I had better start venturing out a little bit!

Too bad there weren't some other items to make a trailer
load. Shame to come home with only half a load.

Nice find & looks like the engine has been painted---
maybe overhauled??
Jim

Lol, I think it has been overhauled. Alot of little tell tale signs to point to someone being in the engine. It runs really good. There was still a little room left on the trailer. Load consisted of smta, complete set of hm221 culticaters and a pair of hm220 corn planters with the side dressers, various mounted implement parts and a set of rear steel for a H.
