What would be a good match for a H when it comes to a pull type rotary mower? Primarily will be used on flat land but will encounter some heavy ground vines and ivy. Thanks for any recommendations.

We have no issue with a 6 foot bush hog mower. Keep it sharp, keep the front of the blade lower than the rear by 1/2 to 3/4 inch and mow. Use a one way over running clutch in the drive line.

J.. thanks for the quick response. I have the over running clutch installed. I was looking at a bush hog 1208 but having a difficult time in talking myself into the price. Any vintage mowers that have a track record of still being a good option?
