very narrow Cub

At the Lebanon Valley PA tractor show (indoor) recently, took this picture of a very narrow Farmall CUB. Did not get the story and assumed that it was custom made just for show. Anyone know "the rest of the story".

I have seen pictures of other very narrow tractors and have heard that they were used between the rows in vineyards, though I do not know if that is true.

They made ones like that for use in the French vineyards, and there were some in my part of the country (eastern Mo.) that were used to scrape the floors in chicken houses. They were narrow enough to pass between the cages, and the standard front blade would extend under the cages. I have seen them at shows with rms extended outward from the rear that the touch control could raise and lower as a safety measure to prevent tip over in an uneven spot, this is hill country.

Very interesting modification. Being in The Netherlands, I've seen dozens of French (built) Cubs, but never a vineyard version.
The steering wheel seems to be "centered" on the tractor. Did they add a U-joint in the steering wheel shaft?
