wiring electric fuel pump

2424 international harvester with 2000 loader. i need directions on wiring an airtex electric fuel pump to a two prong single pole toggle switch with a light. want to keep it as simple as possible. thanks

From the ignition Hot from the key, using 14 gauge wire, go to the central terminal on the new switch. From the other awitched terminal on the new switch connect to the red wire from the pump. (assumes negative ground) from the pump, ground the black wire. If you want safety added, get a normally open pressure switch to put in the oil pressure system and wire through that to shut off fuel id the engine stops running. The lighted switch is probably grounded through the mount, or with a seperate terminal to ground to light the light. Jim
