Good morning everyone, I recently purchased International 560 with a westendorf 30 loader on it. The loader need some welding on the tube that goes under the belly of the tractor. Looking at the tractorI am puzzled, to how the loader comes off. It does not have any stands. I was hoping somebody on here could give me some advice as to how to remove this pictures would be awesome as well. It looks like a great tractor and I'm excited to use it. Thank you everybody have a great day!

Not sure of your model that you have(need picture) but some of the those loaders(quick attach) you would unlatch the back and holding pieces and start backing up with the bucket down and possibly anchored. As the frame slid forward(slides off on the front rest) you would raise the bucket(bucket actually stays on the ground) so the front of the frame would angle down and eventually rest on the ground holding the loader up.Only saw it done once, my cousin had one, once he had practice it only took a few minutes.Hoses need to be long enough to do this. Older loader are different and without knowing the model it takes more time.

Is this what you have? Westendorf WL-30. It mounts easy on a narrow front tractor and you use the hydraulic to lift in place and lower to take off> Cleddy

Thanks Cleddy. That looks identical to what I have. Only I have a wide front. Which is what puzzled me. I Don't see how the wheels clear the loader. I'm thinking now the front end was changed after loader put on??
I really appreciate the information.

I was afraid that was your question? I have the ability to change front ends on these Minneapolis-Moline's so it was not a problem but finally settled on using the one with the narrow front. Sounds like if you disassemble the whole loader you can get it off the wide front tractor. Cleddy

Either the front end was changed, or the loader was assembled on the tractor and never removed.

Sounds to me like you'll need to find yourself a sturdy tree branch and go "old school" if you really want the loader off the tractor. Arms and cylinders hang from the tree by a chain/cable/comealong. Frame removed piece by piece.

I was going to suggest the tree method but figured that I would get jumped on. I had to take off many loaders that farmers left on their tractors when they knew I had to take them off to do the necessary repairs.

park under a hoist or similar in a building / tree.

Dismount the loader as per the "normal" way then lift the loader high high on the hoist it will clear the front axle.
