Looking for an oil sending unit with two terminals to auto energize the alternator.
I need it to screw in a Farmall H oil galley plug that is located
towards the right rear of the engine block.
If you have a part number that would be great if you don't but can tell me the Year, Make, Model of one that will fit from an automobile that would be great also.
Thanks...

stewart warner site has a chart , you can find it there im sure , need thread size , voltage used , ect.. , look under pressure
switches

1980 GM pickups with the 6 cyl engine used a 2 terminal NO switch for the electric choke, 1/8 mals inch NPT fitting. Many later fuel injected gas engines used one to power the electric fuel pump.

Used to get universal 1/8 pipe thread ones from NAPA, located in a catalog if they still have a catalog in store. Could get them with power both sides when pressured or power both sides with no pressure.

This is what I do for the alternator conversion kits that I sell when a tractor has a magneto.

Since oil sending unit for the lost part use a common tread size when I use the oil pressure to turn on the alternator I have always used the Chev Vega oil pressure safety switch which if oil pressure was under 15PSI would shut the engine down and I have used tha ton more then one tractor over the years. I have always asked for the one that fits the 1971 Chev Vega because that is the car I had at one time

I use a carquest S383 (ps-135) and screw it in the oil galley under the distributer on right side of engine. It controls the alternator & hour meter.
