I did a tear down of the 130 today and thought I would post some pics. It was only running on 2 cylinders, had oil in the anti freeze and the oil was gray. Here is Pic #1. first hint it would need more than a head gasket.

Head gasket. So IMO two things cause all this mess. #1 obviously the head gasket going bad caused some trouble but was not what killed the motor. What killed the motor was a dented oil pan. The oil pan had taken a pretty good lick right at the drain plug, that pushed the drain plug up maybe an inch and made the drain hole the highest point. This would not allow the sludge to drain, the pan had 1" of nasty grey sludge in it. The oil sending unit was submerged in the goo and was recirculating thru the motor, this goo got to the oil control rings, clogged and got hard/burnt and froze them. Since they would not expand as soon as they wore down oil started pumping by...you get the point.

Notice the Z on the pistons. IH original equipment parts. Zollner, I believe Perfect Circle plant; Fort Wayne, Indiana. Always caught my eye as I used to listen to the pro basketball games on the radio when I was a kid. They often referred to the Fort Wayne team as the Zollners. That piston is a fire crater design and if you replace them I would stay with that style to maintain same compression ration, ign timing and carbuetion settings.
