Farmall H Liftall Bench Testing

I posted awhile back about a Farmall H pump that was filled with a mouse nest and had rust issues in the ball check valves. Found a NOS pump body and now have her back together. In the Lift all manual it describes how to make a hand crank so that you can bench test the pump. However it requires a 15060EA coupler that you weld to this handle. New ones are $100 a bit much for a one time project.

The tractor is back at its owners and hauling the pump there and trying to hook it up outdoors not high on my list right now.

Has any one figure out a different way to bench test or does anyone have a coupler that is in bad shape??

Thank you I may wind up doing that. I made up something like that to get the coupling off my M's pump.

The nice thing about the manual design is it holds the handle on the pump.

If anyone has a junk coupler...

As was said, just make something up. 'Fast and dirty'. A nut, chunk of pipe, square stock......... Acctually pretty easy, even for
someone with limited skills.

You don't need much to make it happen A threaded rod that has the same thread as the coupler with a 3/8 by 2" roll pin through the
center sideways to catch the coupler slot. Jim

Made up the device today. Thank you all for the great help!!!

Battery drill spins it nicely no having to struggle to keep all in alignment. Would have tested it today but forgot I had loaned out my Pressure gauges...

Thank you all!!
