IH Plow parts identification

Got a Little Genius 2b plow from my Grandad decades ago with some parts I'm not sure go with it. I have 2 shares with "4 soft center 0559 0" on one share and "6 soft center 0558 0" printed on the other share. Also have a landside with "02030" on the landside it self and "P0327A on the heel attached to it. What do I have and is there any value to these parts? They look to be rusty but unused. Posted in "Implement Alley" as well.

Well sure their is value to the right person, i am guessing the parts u have fit other size plow's [Little Genius] also, i have a 3-14's, that i plow with at plowing bees, but mine has been changed over to Oliver bottoms.

Yes, they have value. How much depends on a lot of factors. IH made the Little Genius, or #8 Tractor Plow, in various versions from the 1920's to the 1950's. Your parts may fit a cast iron bottom, a Plow Chief bottom or a Super Chief bottom. While Super Chief is the later model, many parts for them are still available from CaseIH. The earlier plows parts are no longer easily available and if your parts are in good shape, they may be quite valuable to someone restoring an older plow.

It all depends on what they fit and what condition they are in.

This share is obviously used. It was rebuilt at some point, and had a new edge welded to it. The point is rounded/worn.

I don't have my books in front of me, but O558 and O559 are not popular part numbers. O2030 is not a popular landside number, but PO327(A) heels were used on many landsides. O559 could be a LH share.

It looks to me like a share from a cast bottom, and yes, it looks like it has been welded. It wouldn't be exactly what a real fussy restorer would want, but since they don't make those any more, it might be better than they can find elsewhere.

I have a new, old stock share that looks like it, but I don't know it's part number. I gave about $35 for it about 7 or 8 years ago at an IH Collectors winter convention flea market.
