Hydraulic problem

I have a farmall 656 hydro, 3 pt hitch and my two outlets work very slowly. Have to rev the engine up all the way for the outlets to pick anything
up and the 3 pt hitch doesn't pick anything up heavier than a cat.1 tone rake. Even when you move the draft control lever nothing works.
Changed all the filters and have new and have enough oil in the tractor. Been told it's a valve possibly stuck open under the seat?
 
Well we can play the guessing games from now till the cows come home and i don't have cows . So to be certain of what is going on before you start throwing money into it . That it to the dealer and have them run a flow rate on the system , Yes it will cost some green stamps but it will tell you what is going on . Then you know what you need .

Not everybody has a Flow rater to test the hyd. system due to the cost of one , myself i have one that i use on tractors up to the late 86 sires after that i am dead in the water as i do not have the other piece to add to my flow rater to do the newer ones with the PFC system .
