Broken bolt?

Trying to look and see what needs to come apart to get the tractor separated. Is there a broken bolt here? Is this steel plugs supposed to be there if that's what it is?

Think it is the shaft that the fork is on to move the clutch throw out bearing

Glad to hear that it's supposed to be there that's one less broken bolt that I have to get out of this thing.

Well my four bolts turned out to be cork plugs. I guess somebody was trying to keep the critters out.

The corks were installed at the factory.

Well with them still being there until last night , guess this tractor wasn't used for much. Although they could have been put back in.
