Noticed on a M&450 site a fellow picturing a tractor he brought home. Looks to be the one Wardner had with electoral, 2 point on front, air compressor and other things. Always wondered what happened to him.

Here dave the photos of it.

It was used for multiple purposes, I forget all of them, but I know he used the front fast hitch for a setup he used to trim the tops of his bushes.

The tractor had a forklift mast with an IH hydraulic driven balance head mower to trim the tops of his hedge row. I had the honor of being able to buy all but 1 of wardners tractors.

Many moons ago I had spoken via email with Wardner regarding the remains of a Field Marshall tractor that he had. Is it amongst the ones you were fortunate to get or did it get away? Thanks, Sam

Cripes!

Sad to hear he's no longer with us. He had some neat machinery and a lot of the odd ball parts. Always fun to converse with.

I had the opportunity to purchase Wardner's W650 with the fast hitch on it it's a nice strait old tractor just lacking paint this is probably its first winter undercover in a long time we home to eventually paint it up just to keep it from rusting more we plowed with it at plow days this spring It was nice to get a little piece of Wardner's collection I had met him through this site quite a few years ago and was always astounded at what he was building next or dreaming up never mind being able to see his creations in person. He was always good to me when I needed a little IH info or a part that he may have had that I needed
