Shuttle shift

I'm keeping my eyes out for a 55-80 Hp international from 70s to early 80s. Im also wanting shuttle shift if it was available. How would I know? Was there a series they started with? I'm guessing they made them that early. Which ones have the shuttle?

Thanks

Maybe I should clarify. International could have called something different. I'm talking about a lever that takes you from forward to reverse in same gear. I have a 70's John Deere backhoe like this. Who know international may have had something better.

Think the first ones were available in a 460, 340, and 504. Low end or lower horsepower than wanted. Probably a 656 or later if you can find one equipped. Not real common in the IH tractor years mentioned.

I have a 504U with what I call a reverser, It is forward and reverse totally gear drive.
