last weekend i got an IH 449A 4 row planter. I posted a question on degreasing.

well after a few days of soaking with just pine oil, gunk, and some ind. strength degreaser i got at Lowe's i took the planter to the car wash today.

well, it came clean. here are before and after photos.

Now before you put it away give it a little
spray with some drain oil. Keeps everything
from rusting. We used to do it with all of
the field equipment.
