460 priming issues

Okay, I replaced one of the hydraulic lines on my 460; it goes to the fasthitch cylinder. No problem, right? Wrong. The system now refuses to prime back up. Any thoughts? I've already added another 3 gallons of fluid. I don't mind adding more, but is there anything else I can do? The seals on the shafts for the brakes are leaking, and I can't change them just yet.Thanks, Hugh

Remove the fill plug and apply 20psi (no more) to the inlet. With it running and moving the control lever through up down cycles, it should prime. (don't over pressure the system with air.!! Jim

Thanks Jim! I actually found out that it was already primed up, but the pressure relief valve had stuck open. Honestly, I had already tried the method you suggested; I just didn't realize that it worked, on account of the stuck pressure relief valve! Again, thanks for your help. Hugh
