How many of you change these to the auto type when insalling the electronic ign. on these old tractors?

"Spiral wound magnetic core" wires are the best of both worlds... they offer EMI suppression and without using a delicate "carbon core".

When I put my Pertronix in, I put the original wires on the tractor and it has been working fine. I also used the original coil and did not use the high output one.

I have also used the original wires but also installed the Flame Thrower coil too and never had any problems untill this last one that I insalled on a H.
